Laura Bryant – Partner/Vice President – Operations
Laura began working with JEMA Properties in 2007 and oversees all day to day operations. She leads a resourceful team of individuals to provide our tenants with an affordable, comfortable and safe home. She strives to assure that all tenants have the best rental experience with JEMA Properties.
Ronda Gansz – Property Manager
Ronda began working for JEMA Properties in 2015 as a Property Manager. She oversees our collection department and works diligently to assist in all day to day activities. Ronda is dedicated to ensuring her tenants are satisfied with their apartments and overall happy.
Melissa Magness – Property Manager
Melissa recently began working for JEMA Properties in 2020. Although new to the business, she has seized her role and is eager to develop good relationships while providing current and future tenants with the best possible rental experience.
Arlette Vasquez – Business Office Manager
Arlette began working as Office Manager for Jema Properties in 2018 and has conquered her position with great determination. Arlette has many job duties but greeting and assisting current and future tenants on the phone and in person at our business office is her greatest pleasure.
Dallas Williams – Maintenance Supervisor
Dallas began working for JEMA Properties in 2020. He has his plate full with over 480 families to serve while keeping their apartments and rental homes in great condition. Dallas strives in making sure our tenants are satisfied with their living conditions. He excels in many areas of repairs and maintenance and enjoys serving our tenants.
Inez Fowler – Maintenance Assistant
Inez began her employment with JEMA Properties in 2007. She is a go-getter and juggles her many daily responsibilities very well. Inez enjoys being able to satisfy our tenants’ maintenance request in a timely and efficient manner.
Jacob Robinson – Maintenance Assistant
Jacob is also new to JEMA Properties and began his employment in 2020. He comes to us with years of experience in repairs and maintenance issues and works diligently to provide a safe and comfortable home for all our tenants.
